Registration / Deposit
When the estimate quote is accepted, the booking must be accompanied by a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total price of your rental and any additional services.
This payment must reach us a maximum of 1 week after your booking registration.
Booking / Final payment
The rest of the rental price and additional services are payable 21 days before the beginning of your stay or immediately for all last minute booking.
In the case of non-payment in the allocated time, Le Clos Saint Jean reserves the possibility to consider your booking as null and avoid it. We apply charges as per the cancellation policy laid down for this purpose as defined below. Your reservation is considered definitive when you have received your completed booking contract with a bill of your deposit or totaly rental for last minute booking.
Our prices include all taxes except tourist tax payable in resort (€ 1,20 per person per night, children 0-16 years free).
Taxes for the provision of accomodation, including utilities (water, electricity, heating) are also include.
Modification – Cancellation of booking by the tenant
- Changes : we accept any change of date in the limits of availability until 14 days before your arrival.
- Cancellation : in case of cancellation, you must notify is in writing. The date of cancellation will be determined by the date of the post office.
Please, find bellow the cancellation rules :
- More than 45 days before your arrival : we withhold 0% of the total amount of the stay
- Between 45 and 21 days before your arrival : 25% of the total amount of your stay
- Between 20 and 8 days before your arrival : 75% of the total amount fo your stay
- 7 days or less before your arrival : 100% fo the total amount of your stay
Arrival and departure
We welcome you directly in the Chalet from 16.00 on the day of your arrival. We ask you to leave the Chalet at 9.30 am maximum on the day of departure.
A deposit guarantee of € 2 000,00 will be asked upon arrival. You can pay it by Credit card (the amount is not debit) or by cheque.
It will be returned to you at the end of your stay settlement of any additional services taken out in resort and after deduction of any items damaged or missing (in a delay of 7 days).
Animals are not accepted in our Chalet
Interruption of stay
A premature departure shall not give rise to any refund.
You have 48 jours after your arrival to report in writing to principal contact any dispute concerning the descriptive of the rental accomodation, the quality or the cleanliness. Past this deadline, Le Clos Saint Jean will not take into account any claim relating to the previous points.
